1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 55kk platform (including the website, mobile interface, games, sports betting, live casino, and any related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the 55kk platform. Continued use of any 55kk service constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility Requirements

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 55kk platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created deliberately or inadvertently — may be suspended without prior notice, and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited at 55kk's sole discretion.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, 55kk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account. Required documents may include:

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

55kk supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, to prevent money laundering and unauthorised fund transfers.
• Processing times vary by method: mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) typically within 1-24 hours; bank transfers may take 1-3 business days.

55kk does not charge any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control. Any applicable taxes or levies on winnings are the sole responsibility of the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

55kk may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period only. Any unused bonus balance or free spins that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited automatically.

• 55kk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, without prior notice, if abuse or irregular play patterns are detected.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55kk platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and/or the forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other software to manipulate game outcomes or betting patterns.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of match-fixing on sports betting or live casino tables.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the 55kk platform — including slots, live casino tables (roulette, baccarat, blackjack, poker), crash games (Aviator, Mines), and sports betting markets — operate according to their individual game rules, which are made available within each game interface or provider documentation.

55kk employs industry-standard RNG (Random Number Generator) certification across all proprietary and third-party game integrations to ensure genuinely random and unmanipulated outcomes. In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, 55kk's decision on the resolution of such rounds is final. Fair play is central to our values:

55kk makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Players accept all risks associated with using an online gambling service, including connectivity issues, payment provider outages, and jurisdictional access restrictions.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gambling services.
